What can I say. 21st wedding anniversary here and I ordered the flowers in the morning for delivery. At about 4pm I phoned as I found Google said it was closed (day before Thanksgiving). A lovely lady answered and informed me they were on the delivery vehicle. Panic over...Arrived home to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers in a simple but elegant clear glass vase. The flowers were gorgeous, the arrangement was breathtaking. How the flowers remain in that position, stood up and out showing all their glory and sending their fragrance into the room. Great customer service, they went over and beyond to help me send flowers to my loved one. I had the wrong address listed, and they weren't able to send flowers to that location. The employee was fabulous; she found a florist near the correct location and wired them the funds and a photo of the desired flowers. Just awesome! Especially because we were communicating back and forth from Toronto ON.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
