Recipients of our Subscription Garden Planters will receive a custom-made design handcrafted by our designer once a month. We thoughtfully select the very best succulents available to create a unique design for you, your loved ones, or your office. Available in 3, 6, or 12-month duration. 1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan. 2. Payments: All-inclusive subscription plans are billed as a one-time expense. All payments must be made in advance of the first delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly. 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop but you have to commit to at least one-third of the subscription period. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to qualify for a refund. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
