Recipients of our Subscription Garden Planters will receive a custom-made design handcrafted by our designer once a month. We thoughtfully select the very best plants available to create a unique design for you, your loved ones, or your office. Available in 3, 6, or 12-month duration. 1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan. You must commit to at least a 3-month period. 2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly. 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
