"Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success." - Henry Ford
We are a family-run flower shop with an all female staff, well almost. Our little mascots, Bishop and JJay, are little boys that act as security guard in the shop. Sometimes their loud barks and energetic greetings scare first-time visitors, but their bark is worse than their bite...not that they have ever bitten anyone.
So moving on from the store mascots, when you enter, you'll first meet Lily or Stacy. Lily is the older sister that manage the shop's operations. She personally handles all the phone calls and assists with each customer's orders. Whether it's selecting the right arrangement or writing a personalized message, she's got it done. The only thing she can't do...is arrange. What she lacks in creativity, she makes up for it in operational management.
As for Stacy, she's the younger sister that likes to dream. She helps around the shop when it's overloaded and does anything she's asked to do. She creates beautiful arrangements and is a pretty decent saleswoman. Stacy tends to be a tad timid but her bright spirit will shine through in no time!
In the back is where the shop's workbench is. That is where all the creative magic happens. Cindy, the mom, is the artist behind the operation. Every arrangement, every bouquet is personally put together by her. What started out as a peaceful habit turned into a full-scale retail operation. Her hands can create traditional table arrangements to upscale contemporary designs. Whatever you're looking for, she can do it in a heartbeat. Along to the side is the grandmother, who keeps the foundation of the shop in tact. Her wise words and experiences puts everything in perspective and keep everyone in line.
As a family, our goal is not just "making a profit". We aim to make as many people as we can "feel". The world is fast-paced with the technology advancement and economic growth, it's hard for people to feel any emotions anymore. We want to slow the world down and ease the hearts of the people. Flowers may be perishable, however, they are emotional messengers that relay words from the heart.
We look forward to spread feelings across Orlando, so let us help you pass on that message.
